FAQ
Q1. How to order masterbatch?
Step 1: Confirm the carrier. The carrier of masterbatch must be the same with the material.
Step 2: Confirm the color. There are two ways:
a) Give a sample to us. We will make a same sample to the buyer to confirm the color.
b) If the buyer doesn't have strict requirement of the color, he/she can just inform us the general international color number (eg.Pantone). We will produce the sample according to the color number and confirm with the buyer.
Step 3: After confirm the sample with the buyer, we will produce the formal order.
Q.2 How to use Masterbatch?
Step 1: Confirm the percentage of appending proportion.
For example: If using for film blowing with PE material, the required percentage is 4%.
*The normal proportion is 2% - 4%. But it is not fixed. It depends on the buyer's requirement.
Step2: Mix the material and the masterbatch together by the blender mixer according to the appending proportion. If no blender mixer, it can be manual mixed.
For example: Put 100kg PE material and 4kg PE masterbatch into the blender mixer.
*NOTED: The carrier of masterbatch must be the same with the material.
Step 3: Continue the film blowing process as normal.
